SKF LGEV 2 grease is an extremely high viscosity bearing grease developed for demanding industrial applications involving heavy loads, slow rotational speeds and severe vibration. The grease is formulated with a mineral base oil, lithium-calcium thickener, molybdenum disulfide and graphite to provide reliable lubrication and protection under harsh operating conditions.

As a high viscosity bearing grease, SKF LGEV 2 is particularly suitable for large spherical roller bearings where high loads and slow rotations can result in microslip. Its solid lubricants help improve protection in demanding bearing applications, while its mechanical stability supports consistent lubrication during operation. 

For equipment operating under high mechanical stress, this heavy load bearing lubricant provides strong EP performance and protection against wear. SKF LGEV 2 has an NLGI 2 consistency and a DIN 51825 classification of KPF2K-10. Its operating temperature range is approximately −10°C to +120°C, with a dropping point above 180°C.
