XYC 200-0 1KG Water Miscible Protective Coating for Wiper Rubber O Rings and Elastomer

XYC 200-0 is a water-miscible two-component bonded coating designed for windshield wipers and various elastomer components. It is suitable for rubber parts such as CR and NR elastomers, O-rings and other components requiring controlled friction and surface protection.

The coating provides good friction characteristics, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance, helping improve the sliding performance of coated elastomer surfaces. It can be applied by spraying and is suitable for both online spraying during extrusion and offline coating processes.

With a recommended coating thickness of approximately 5–10 μm, XYC 200-0 can form a thin bonded coating on elastomer surfaces while maintaining flexibility. The standard system is supplied as Component A and used with Component B at a mixing ratio of A = 100:3.

XYC 200-0 is suitable for windshield wiper rubber, O-rings and other sliding or friction applications where a water-miscible bonded coating is required. The standard mixture has a service temperature range of approximately -40°C to 100°C.
